Moisturizing Milk Bath

Just about everyone has milk in their refrigerator. If you don't, buy some! Adding a cup of milk to your next bath will have your skin feeling soft and silky in no time (and for less than a dollar).

Ingredients:
Milk (not soy, almond etc...) - 1 cup

Directions:
Add one cup of milk into running bath water. Make sure to evenly mix the milk into the entire bath. You can add milk to plain or bubble baths. I would recommend this treatment for everyone. Milk is very soothing to the skin and can even help alleviate pain from too much time in the sun.

  1. This is a great idea! I'm going to try it next time I take a bath! Does it help with dry skin?

  2. Yes it helps with dry skin. I use it for my dog because she has really bad dandruff during the winter. When I worked as a dog bather last summer, we had shampoo that had milk proteins in it and people loved what it did to their dog's skin.
